Led by GREEN member Priyadarshani Joshi and co-authored by another GREEN member, Aaron Benevot, the GEM Report is launching a new series to promote discussion on the connections between education and the other Sustainable Development Goals. The report also suggests a fresh indicator that evaluates countries’ incorporation of environmentally friendly education in their primary and secondary school curricula. The initial paper in this series addresses climate change and has been developed in collaboration with the Monitoring and Evaluating Climate Change Communication and Education (MECCE) project. This is an extremely exciting new development in the intersection of climate change and education, and we congratulate our members who have contributed to this amazing work.
