Join an impactful training event hosted by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) in partnership with the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR). This session will explore how global goals can be more effectively translated into local action and provide training, insights, and case studies to help local policymakers enrich education to tackle today’s pressing challenges. The event will be moderated by Amber Webb, Managing Director of MECCE Project partner SDSN SDG Academy and will feature a presentation by Quinn Runkle, Director of Education at SOS-UK. As part of Ms. Runkle’s presentation, she will provide an overview of a MECCE Project case study of the SOS-UK’s innovative “teach-the-teacher programme.” Join the event in person on Tuesday, November 19th, from 11:30 to 13:00 local time (8:30 CET) in Event Room 5.
